Chance W Warne has over 20 years of experience managing staff with duties in construction, fire, medical, law enforcement and employment testing (primarily drug and alcohol testing). Chance currently performs multiple drug and alcohol tests weekly. Chance has over 30 year of experience in emergency medical services.  In addition, Chance has over 30 year of experience as an instructor training students in multiple diciplines such as drug supervisor, reasonable suspicion, employee drug free workplace, firefighting, blood born pathogens, cpr, first aid, security, ground vehicle operations, hazardous material and general safety. Chance currently possesses certificates from Casper College, New Mexico Tech, Purdue University, Louisiana State University and AAAE/FAA.
