Drug Free Workplace Training

This course will comply with required and recommended employee drug and alcohol awareness training under federal and state regulations. Employees will learn about Objectives of training, Overview of Drug-Free Workplace Policy, Impact of substance abuse in the workplace, Ways that people use alcohol and other drugs, Understanding addiction, Signs and symptoms of substance abuse, Family and coworker impact, Assistance, Confidentiality and Specific drugs of abuse. This course is designed to supplement employee education provided by the employer. Employee’s should have their Drug Free Workplace Policy available during this training session for reference. This coarse is designed to be 120 minutes to exceed the maximum training requirements of:   United States Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Regulation: 49 CFR § 382.601, United States Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) Regulation: 49 CFR § 219.23, United States Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Regulation: 49 CFR § 655.14, United States Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations: 14 CFR § 120.115 and 14 CFR § 120.223 and United States Coast Guard (USCG) Regulation: 46 CFR § 16.401.
